-Abstract-
The purpose of this study is to show the possibility of social integration through the
relationship-training program for the inter-adjustment between the physically
handicapped youths and the healthy ones.
This Study is based on the result of the program which was carried out between Sep.
2, 1999 - Dec. 18, 1999. This program was composed of sub-programs such as
searching the positive self-image, making a positive family-ideal, the public services,
role-playing game, experiencing unfamiliar culture ⅠⅡ, sports games for the
rehabilitation of the handicapped, and watching movies.
The methods of research were to investigate them by the degree of self-esteem, the
check list of individual social function and a question-evaluation before the program and
after the program, and to compare and analyse the changes. SPSS statistics program
was utilized for performing the special personality test. And the Paired T-Test was
used as the method of statistics.
As a result, the interaction between the handicapped youths and the healthy influenced
each other very positively in the field of self-confidence and psychological reorientation.
